Welcome to the gate. We are incredibly excited to bring you a night of immersive magic, theatrical performance, and master artistry. To keep the atmosphere safe, mystical, and fun for absolutely everyone, we have a strict set of rules. Consider this your mandatory briefing before stepping onto the fairgrounds.

Read it, learn it, and respect the boundary.

Our fair features highly immersive entertainment, including living art models, stilt walkers, aerialists, and specialized atmospheric performers. Many of our performers are heavily body-painted, or wearing intricate, minimalist folklore costuming *including shirtless men and body-painted women.

Let us be crystal clear: We enforce a strict zero-tolerance, no-touching policy.

Consent is absolute. You may not touch the performers, their costumes, their props, or their skin under any circumstances.

Photos are welcome, but give them space. Do not corner, crowd, or touch a performer to pose for a photo.

Violation equals immediate ejection. Anyone violating this rule will be immediately escorted out by security, their ticket will be revoked without a refund, and local authorities will be contacted if necessary. Respect the artists, respect the boundaries.

We love the incredible creativity of our community and absolutely encourage you to dress in your finest folklore, fantasy, or fairy attire! However, we take safety incredibly seriously. Every single prop weapon will be inspected at the gate.

Peace-Tying is Mandatory: If your costume features a steel, iron, or otherwise metallic blade (like a dagger or sword), it must remain completely blunt and securely peace-tied inside its sheath at all times. Security will secure it with a zip-tie at the entrance. If you draw your weapon inside the fair for any reason, even just to show a friend, you will be immediately escorted out.

No Real or Realistic Firearms: Absolutely no functional firearms, ammunition, or realistic modern replica guns are permitted on the property. Fantasy blasters or props must be obviously fictional and completely inoperable.

Bows and Projectiles: Fantasy bows are allowed only if they are completely unstrung or rendered completely incapable of firing. Arrows must have their tips completely removed or be permanently zip-tied inside their quiver.

Leave these items in your vehicle or at home. If security finds them during the bag check at the gate, they will be confiscated, or you will be turned away.  Category: Prohibited Items: Weapons & Harm: Unsheathed or sharpened metal blades, brass knuckles, heavy blunt instruments (wooden bats, clubs), pocket knives, and tasers.Projectiles & Tools: Slingshots, functional bows, water guns, silly string, power tools, or heavy iron items.Chemicals & Effects: Mace, pepper spray, fireworks, explosives, smoke grenades, fog/vapor machines, and helium balloons. Outside Food & Drink: No outside coolers, food, or beverages (including alcohol) are permitted. Glass containers are strictly banned. Wheels & TechDrones, remote-controlled toys, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and shoes with built-in wheels.Noise Makers, Airhorns, megaphones, whistles, vuvuzelas, or unapproved loud instruments.

What time does the event start?

The marketplace floor officially opens for General Admission at the time listed on your ticket. If you purchased an Early Entry or All Access Pass, your exclusive 3-hour early acquisition window begins exactly three hours prior to standard door opening. Don't be late—maximize your first-dibs shopping time!

Can I bring my pet?

As much as we love forest creatures, actual animals and family pets are strictly prohibited on the fairgrounds for their own safety and the safety of our performers. Fully trained, task-performing service animals are the only exception.

Is there a dress code?

While costumes are highly encouraged, they aren't mandatory. However, your attire must remain appropriate for a public, community environment. Costumes must, at a bare minimum, cover as much as a standard swimsuit, and apparel featuring offensive language, hate symbols, or realistic emergency responder/military replication is strictly prohibited.

What happens if it rains? The Autumn Equinox Art Fair is a rain-or-shine event, so do not let a little autumn weather scare you off! Our entire festival is a fully indoor event—including the complete mystical marketplace floor, all artisan gallery booths, the performance stages, and the VIP lounges. The only exception to this is our outdoor fire dancer showcase, which will perform weather-permitting. Rain or shine, the indoor magic stays completely warm, dry, and uninterrupted.

Will there be food available? Absolutely. Make sure you come hungry because we are hosting a dedicated food truck village featuring at least 10 different trucks cooking up incredible eats. You can expect everything from seasonal autumn favorites like hot apple cider and artisanal desserts to classic fair staples like giant turkey legs. Please note that food and drinks are not included in the ticket price, so you will need to pay the vendors directly.

Is there an age restriction for this event? Yes, this is strictly a 21+ event. Because alcohol is served throughout the venue and our performers feature adult-themed theatrical content, absolutely nobody under the age of 21 will be admitted under any circumstances. Every single attendee must present a valid, government-issued photo ID at the gate to gain entry. If you purchase a ticket and are turned away because you are underage, do not have your ID, or forgot to check this policy, you will not receive a refund. Know the rules before you buy.

Can I get a refund if my plans change? As stated in our purchase agreement, all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds. However, your ticket is 100% transferable to another person for this year's event! Just log into your digital ticketing account and update the name on the pass before arriving at the gate.
